T & C- “Term and Conditions” hereinafter referred to as “T&C”.
- By using Whizartmedia you are accepting the T&C. If you don’t accept the T&C, you must stop using this website immediately.
- You are bound not to use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these T&C.
- These T&C will apply to all projects for the services provided by Whizartmedia and will overrule all other documentation or/and communication.
- Whizartmedia reserves the right to refuse to work on a project without stating a reason.
- All projects finished by Whizartmedia will be considered approved for use by the client prior to being launched, broadcasted or shown to the public in any other way.
- Whizartmedia will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by a client under any circumstances whilist maximum liability of Whizartmedia will not exceed the amounts paid relating to any respective order.
- Whizartmedia reserves the right to make changes to these T&C at any time. If an agreement has been made before changes were made, then the new T&C would not apply for this order.
- Certain photos, logos, art works that are shown on this website may not represent our own work. For example pictures on the main header of each page may have been created by another designer. Whizartmedia reserves the right to remove or change this website or any part of it without notice and shall not be liable to an individual, business or organisation for it.
- For orders made by email, be it a logo design, a website or any other provision of service that we offer, all details and specifications of that service are to be reviewed and confirmed before placement of the order. Confirming those details (verbally or in writing) means that you also agree with these T&C and all fees, taxes and payments are accepted.
- Whizartmedia’s creations are genuine, unique and made with passion. We trust, that our creations do not violate the rights of any individual, business or organisation, however, we cannot guarantee that some of them might indeed infringe some third party rights by coincidence.
- Everything produced by Whizartmedia, done in preparation for developing any work, remains a sole property of Whizartmedia, except the content provided by the client. All unapproved usage of our products will be pursued through the electoral process, legal channels, or advocacy of public officials. We also retain the right to re-use any of our products that were not used in one’s project.
- With receiving the final payment in full for any of products that we offer, the copyright of that product is being automatically transferred to the client. Whizartmedia retains the right to display that product on this website and social media.
- Whizartmedia may use features of finished or unfinished products prepared for the client as a portfolio or in social media.
- Unless stated in a preliminary agreement, Whizartmedia is not bound to a time frame in which to deliver any product or a provision of service.
- Refunds can be made only if the work on one’s project hasn’t begun. In case that the client insists, refund equal to the difference between the initial payment made and the amount of time spent on one’s project, multiplied by our rate per hour (€30) can be made. However, if the time spent on a project multiplied by our rate per hour exceeds the amount of the deposit, a refund shall not be made.
- SEO - How the search engines display their results is beyond our control. Whizartmedia will offer a refund only if no improvements were seen for a minimum period of three months. The below are count as improvements:
- Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus and other social networks increase of Shares / Likes;
- Domain or Home Page Authority Metrics increase;
- Website Visitors increase;
- The status of your website when shown on Google search;
- Statistics from the major analytics tools (Google, Moz, etc…).
- Whizartmedia reserve the right to include a backlink to this website on the websites that we create. That link is to prove future and potential clients that we have created that particular website.
- Whizartmedia is the one and only owner of the above information. If you take any text, and use it in any way, for any purpose, you will be considered as an outlaw and you will be legally prosecuted. Our team reserves the right to search through the global network and find those outlaws.

- Whizartmedia reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our 'T&C', we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page or on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers' Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email or postal mail will be made to those affected by the change. Any changes to our 'T&C' will be posted on our site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
